Andy began his professional background as a Navy SEAL where he cultivated exceptional leadership skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. His teamwork and strategic planning abilities were honed over a 17-year career, in which he executed hundreds of combat operations supporting the Global War on Terror. Andy spent time as an instructor at the Naval Special Warfare Center, leading 13 senior SEAL trainers and 600 students. In 2008, he became the first E-6 commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer Program, joining SEAL Team Three for his final Afghanistan tour.

Post-military, Andy continues supporting the SEAL community, setting two wingsuit world records in 2015 to raise $1 million for the Navy SEAL Foundation. As a sponsored athlete, he travels globally creating content while accruing over 3,500 flight hours and professional pilot certifications. He produces two influential podcasts, Cleared Hot and Change Agents. Andy is also founder of a consulting firm dedicated to applying combat-proven strategies to business challenges. He has interfaced with Fortune 500 organizations and government entities, sharing expertise in strategic planning, resilience, and leadership under pressure.

Jim possesses extensive expertise cultivated through global collaborations with foreign militaries, U.S. federal, state, and local law enforcement, and government entities. Specializing in the development, planning, coordination, and advisory of highly sensitive intelligence collection and management techniques for Department of Defense organizations, Jim has successfully executed worldwide operations. These operations include counterinsurgency (COIN), surveillance, counter-surveillance, overt and clandestine communication methods, and infiltration/exfiltration.

In his role as a U.S. Army Special Forces Detachment (A-Team) Commander, Communication Specialist, and Military Intelligence Collection and Management Officer, Jim led multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Southern Philippines. Additionally, he oversaw various independent projects supporting U.S. Embassies globally. Jim holds a Bachelors of Science in International Business and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana. He maintains an active US Government secret security clearance.

Ron’s unique background as a business owner and his work with government agencies have provided him with the skills to creatively solve highly technical issues. He has used his team building skills to accomplish his work with the State of Montana and Federal Agencies such as DOD and others. Ron Snyder is a seasoned leader and communications integrator with a rich background in both military and civilian realms. For the past 30 years Ron cultivated his expertise of interactive systems - including unified communications and network design. Beginning this journey as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) member in the US Air Force Special Warfare Group. His military background provides him with the experience and knowledge to assess situations quickly and develop a plan to provide secure communications, which are critical for any mission’s success. Ron has continued to serve as a consultant to US Military groups. Ron also served with the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office as a reserve deputy for 10 years and gained valuable knowledge of security and the need for reliable communications.

Today, as the creator and owner of Digital Communications Systems, Ron has supported small businesses and large corporations, state and local with secure unified communications and robust and flexible network designs throughout the United States. Ron leads his team with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience. He has been a member of BICSI and a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) for over 25 years.
